This blog is for anyone who’s a foodie or loves good food! Though, there are some of us who are looking for a specific experience. The Teach Who Eats goes on foodie adventures and makes recommendations based on 3 things:
The restaurant is a Mom & Pop/small business
I can’t handle spicy food (any spicy level…I know…lol), so my fellow non-spicers, I do this for us :)
I go 3 times before recommending
Made it this far? Great! Now, let me explain how I review each visit and what to expect in each post:
Let’s Keep it Cute (the first visit)
I get something I’d normally eat to get a feel of the overall experience: restaurant ambiance, customer service, how food is prepared, etc. Gotta pass the vibe check, right?Let’s Get a Little Fancy (the second visit)
This is when I experiment and try something different. You know when you can’t decide between two things on the menu because they both sound good? I tried the “safe” one last time, so I’ll try the other option this time.Let’s Get It! (the third visit)
By this point, I already know the food is amazing. So now, I ask to try the house favorite and have earned my “regular” status.
So, if you’re ready to get down, then let’s go eat, fren!

Now, let’s get to the good stuff on who this blog is for and how I recommend restaurants.
